To support our daily mission, we are looking for a HR Business Partner at 60-80% for a fixed term of 24 months, at our headquarters in Bern.

Your Mission

As an HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic advisor to leadership and drive impactful people initiatives across the organization.

• Partner with leaders on all people-related matters and organizational challenges

• Translate business strategy into effective HR initiatives and solutions

• Lead and support change management and transformation projects

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, development, retention, offboarding)

• Ensure compliance with labor law and foster constructive employee relations

Your key skills

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and bring strong business acumen to HR.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role

• Strong knowledge of swiss employment law and modern HR practices

• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills

• Analytical mindset, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
